Pulse in your ticketing app

A browser extension that surfaces the risk score on the record you're already looking at.

Chrome / Edge / Brave / Arc

Customer Risk Radar overlay

When you open a ticket or a customer record that mentions one of your accounts, the extension recognises the account and shows its Pulse verdict — Healthy, Needs Attention or High Risk — with the signals behind the score and a jump into Customer 360.

Zero context switching

The score comes to the agent, in the tool they already have open.

Signals, not just a number

Usage decline, champion silence, unattended tickets, renewal proximity.

Read-only

It reads the account name on the page. Nothing is written back.

Install in under a minute

  1. 1Download and unzip the Pulse extension.
  2. 2Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc.
  3. 3Turn on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
  4. 4Click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder.
  5. 5Open any ticket or customer record — the Pulse card appears top-right.

The prototype extension ships with the same simulated portfolio as this app. In production it would call the Pulse API using your workspace credentials.
